Please excuse the direct language I use on this page. While I may seem a little blunt, it’s important to communicate that this is 100% real.
Sure, this challenge is going to be a lot of fun.
That said, we’re not playing around here.
Contrary to what late night infomercials want you to believe, making money in real estate isn’t easy. You’d be rich already if it was. Unfortunately, you need to do more than just “click a button” and have money fall from the sky.
At the end of the day, no matter how simple it is to flip a house with no-money-down, and no matter how much help our team gives you, there is only one person who’s going to make this happen... YOU.
Let me ask you a serious question...

That smile you see (as cheezy as it may be) is not because of the money.
My first no-money-down real estate deal.
I had never felt so proud in my entire life!
Was it a lot of money? Oh yeah, especially for where I was financially at the time. I made $40,000 on that first deal (not typical) which was more than I made in an entire year working as a bookkeeper (which was typical).
The smile you see is because for the first time in my life, I was able to deliver on the promises I had made to the woman I love.
It wasn’t about the money...
Since that first deal, I’ve made millions and millions of dollars in real estate.
But that doesn't matter. What matters is that I do what I want, where I want, with who I want, whenever I want, as much as I want.
And you want that too.

The bottom line is this... one deal in real estate can change everything for you, the same way it did for me. As cliche as it may sound though, you’ve got to be crystal clear on why you’re doing this before you get started.
And I’m not just talking what you’re going to use the money for.

Personally, I didn’t want to work a 9 to 5 because I didn’t want to be away from my family all day. You might be different. For me, I felt I needed to succeed in real estate because I love to travel and have flexibility. You might not care about those things a bit.
